Fast Times at Farmington #43

Farmington Dragway in Mocksville, NC -- October 19, 2025

We had a great turnout, despite what the weather was calling for. THANK YOU for making the event a success!

Saturday night was certainly an indication of what Sunday was going to be. Many of yall came out to camp and get your vendor spots.
For those that came out on Saturday, thank you for taking the extra time to get your Trailers here or just getting your space marked off. This helps us so much for Sunday morning, for us to have a smoother process of getting people in.

Sunday morning started off very busy and never let up. Our swap meet/Vendor section had 87 spaces taken! That is the the second largest we have ever had since we started it in the early 2000s. I am sure you found what you were looking for your VW.

The show car area was packed with some beautiful Vintage Vws and some of our later model VWs as well. Over 200 cars were in the show area this go around. It was nice to see some VWs coming out and enjoying the event.

The Drag Racing portion was strong this race with close to 45 Bracket racers and our Pro Outlaw heads up class.  We plan to have Pro Oulaw at every Farmington Race. So if you have a car that fits in with this class, you can go ahead and plan it now. The weather had other plans when it was time to start racing, as we had several delays due to light rain, oil downs and one blown up engine. Despite all that, the racers held out and we finished the race!

The Southeast Euro/SEVWA Team would like to THANK YOU for coming out and supporting the event. We hope that you had a great time, as that is what it is all about!
Check out our schedule and we hope to see you at one of them.
